Today I did a Vanilla & spice tour at Rain Forest Spice. A 30 minute drive into the jungle is where this farm grows among many plants and herbs, including Vanilla, cinammon, peppercorns, allspice, turmeric, hibiscus, basil, and cacao. I learnt why the fake artifical vanilla is so popular and why the real vanilla beans are so expensive!
