I had today off & walked to town via the first 500m of Chirripo track and then down through the trail to Los Angeles and on the road that loops back to town. My first stop was the chocolate shop, off course! Second stop was at the Jardin de Secretos, very beautiful and no one was there apart from me, the bugs and birds. ohh the fish too. Yah for waterproof cameras! I spent a good amount of time walking around the gardens, taking pictures and watching a couple of big dragonflys chase each other. Up the road a bit from the gardens, is a river, I found a path to it and dipped the feet in the super cold water!
